ATTENDANCE
Students must arrive 5 minutes before school timing. Habitual latecomers will not be allowed.
Minimum 75% attendance required during Academic Year for promotion to next grade level.
School reserves the right to withhold promotion if attendance requirement is not fulfilled.
For prolonged illness, parents must inform Principal in writing with medical certificate attached.
Unauthorized absence for 15 days or more may result in name being struck off roll.
Students must attend first and last day of school at beginning and end of session.
Medical appointments should be scheduled after school hours unless there is an emergency situation.
Report illness immediately. Prior permission required for any absence including social or religious functions.
Prior permission from Principal required for any extra activity outside school during school hours.
Absence during examinations, especially Term Exams, is not appreciated and will not be condoned.
Leave application submission doesn't guarantee approval. Child should leave only after Principal's approval.

Leave is to be applied only on the printed form available in the diary.
No student shall absent himself / herself without leave previously sanctions from the class teacher & Principal except in unforeseen circumstances.
No student who is absent on the previous day will be admitted to the class without a leave letter from the parent, addressed to the class teacher stating the reason.
In case leave is asked for any reason of sickness for more than 3 days, a medical fitness certificate must be submitted on resuming classes.
Health and safety of all children is a matter of deep concern and of prime importance. During recovery from an infectious ailment, the child should be quarantined at home as advised by the doctor. A medical fitness certificate should be submitted to the office. In the interest of everyone concerned, the school reserves the right to deny permission to attend class. In the event of a child feeling all during school hours, information will be sent home or immediate action.
Students will not be permitted to go home during school hours. Parents are requested not to make any social engagements or medical appointments during school hours. To ensure better discipline, parents are requested not to send their children to school on the day they have such appointments.
Leave for special reasons other than sickness is required to be obtained in advance by the parent from the Principal only.
